At Cherub Baby, we want you to love every piece your little one wears; if a fit isn't perfect, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed, unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
